Welcome! It took me 30 years and a kick in the pants from both Seth Godin and Gary Vaynerchuk on the same day to realize that producing something bad is better than producing nothing at all.
I’m a son of God, husband, father to a newborn, financial independence and personal finance enthusiast, real estate developer as a day job, landlord as a night job, evening MBA student, vintage football card collector, antique shop flipper, amateur golfer with emphasis on amateur, and now a blogger!
